Problem Xperia play

I have a problem with xperia play my screen its realy bad...i dont know wath happend i woke up in a morning and i opened my phone and....my screen looks like this...: http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/2813/picture001uu.jpg i realy dont know wath happend....please can u tell me wath can i do with this ?:smileysad:

This seems like a software issue, I suggest performing a software repair using the Update Service software.

Update Service:

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

This will remove all data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or memory stick.

it didin't work ....and i dont know why...i think he doesent want to connect to my computer ...im on windows 7 .. i have pc companian too and i tried there too to connect and it won't ...:( i followed the exact insturctions showed on the update service setup and it doesent want to connect..

Are you able to try this on another PC say through a friend or family member?

If you are able to and it works fine then we can clarify that the issue is within the PC, One thing to try before doing so, try turning off any Anti virus software and the firewall and attempt the update again.

Ok so i tried doing that .....again with my firewall closed and it didin't work and yes i cand go to a friend ....and se if it working i will go and i will reply u imedietly with my answer oh and im lleftfordead just that i forgot my pass and im to lazy to find it out so i joined with facebook :smileygrin:
