problem with xperia v

Dear sir, I have a big problem with Sony Xperia v I'm in Egypt my mobile number is 01222201897 I bought it from 3 months it's really the most great Mobile I have but there is 2 things

1St the cover of charging socket removed out from the mobile & I don't know how to solve it should I change the whole housing for the issue of this part ?

2nd I could not instal the sms sitting message of the mms & tell now the service provider company & the retailer of Sony Rizkalla couldn't solve this software problem. U have to b sure that I won't ever change Sony anymore I become Sony totally lowly Pls answer me urgent or contact as soon as possible Naggi zarifah

1. Contact your local Sony, I don't understand if its the cover or something else came out, either or,  you have to take it to a Sony repair center to get it replaced.

2. Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > download, keep in mind that you need a data plan and your data should be on to send and receive MMS
