Problem With Xperia P

A vital problem is recently seen in my xperia P. It was working properly with a nice performance for three months after buying it, but a week ago it suddenly restarted and after coming up, first stoped in album and it was not repaired even after reset setting. So I had to reset factory to maintain this problem but after turning on, it was still freezed for a longtime and turning on and off did not solve this problem. I tried to update the software through sony pc companion 2.1, but it is still freezing when I want to restart, reset setting or reset factory. Now I am confused and dont know what may I do to solve this problem. it is said that formatting the internal storage may maintain, it but I couldnt find the way formatting it through computer. So I will be pleased if you show me a way to solve this problem.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using SUS.

If the problem still remain you can try to format the internal storage directly from the storage option found under settings.
