problem with x10 and pc suite 6.0

hi iv just gotten my new se x10. Now I cannot get it to connect with pc suite. Iv clicked the how to connect button at the top followed the instructions but as soon as I connect the phone it says finishing driver installation then afew seconds later says phone was unable to connect. I can connect the phone fine in my computer and go though the memory card fine there but it just wont connect to pc suite any help would be great.

hi have u tryed taking the usb cable out and put it in another port somtimes helps can u let me know if it works

thanks iv tried 3 different ubs ports still wont work

have u got the latest pc suite.the best thing to do is unanstall it and then install it again somtimes doesnt load up corectly try that i had the same problem did it again and it was fine

I have the same problem PC suite works with satio and vivaz but not with X10

PC companion will text with satio and Vivaz but not x10 ?

You  need to use PC Companion with the X10 not PC Suite.  The companion software is on your SD card or you can download it from the support section of SE's website.
