Problem with walkam

I cant download music info from my walkam app.......???it shows download error

Make sure that stamina mode its not on, and that you have either wifi or data on, do you have taskillers or antivirus? 

or 

settings > apps > all > walkman > clear everything > restart your phone

It's a useless feature... Works mostly on wifi only
