Problem with video playback, videos slutter

Videos recorded by the phone during playback stutter. All updates are installed. The phone has 1.5 GB of free RAM. Changing display settings does not help solve the problem. X-Reality is off. Any ideas? Thanks.

boot on safe mode, and check again

Unfortunately I ran in safe mode but the problem still exists. I do not have a lot of applications installed. The phone is rooted but before the problem occurred sporadically. Now every movie stutters.

Where are your movies saved? (SD card or internal storage)
