Problem with vibration noise

Hi everyone,

My new xperia Z1 is all good with the software side. But i hear some noisy sounds frequently whenever my phone get vibrtes. That includes incoming messages, call, and all but when i turn off the vibration its all good ... I 'm much worried about how to solve the issue... I even visited a service center too.. but I didn't get proper response from them... they ask me to visit another service center. In another they said to visit another....with my busy schedule i am unable to go back on service center..much worried about how to solve this... please help...

I'm sorry to hear that. All the service centers may not be able to examine or repair the Xperia Z1. I suggest that you contact your local support team for further information about service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
