Problem with USB charging

I am facing this problem while am trying to charge my phone through USB cable...

When ever I am trying to connect my USB charger with my Office PC..

The phone gets connected but no sign of charging....i have tried different ports also.. but result is same

but some of my collegues who have SONY phone.. they can easily charge there phones in same way.. with USB charger...

Can you please help to understand me the matter...

This thing is beyond my understanding,

U know I have tried all the USB ports and in every case the same thing happens...

Phone get connected.. but NO CHARGING..

While my other friends, who have SONY XPERIA TIPPO and Other Models they can easily charge through my USB cable, But I cant.

But at the same time, when I have tried with my personal LAPTOP.. Its charges fine through USB...

Is there any power supply problem.. or setting changes requires???

I am also facing same Problem , When I connecting to the USB port , Charging led light is not working , No visual dispay on screen , try to switch on but Mobile vibrate for one time then no dispay ,

The only thing I can see while keeping some time on USB chargeing , Is that, a white light came for 2 to 3 sec and then off ... repect every 5 to6 sec

Please suggest me something

My xperia L is not charging through original USB cable which company provided in box.

I bought this phone yesterday but it is not charging .

please help me out .
