Problem with the touch screen during slow scrolling

It is observed in several users but no one said about the absence of the problem.

It is observed over the entire area of the screen. It does not depend on the presence of the protective glass or film, connecting or disconnecting the charger, Glove Mode. It also occurs in Safe Mode.

In the mutual arrangement of red dots no patterns (http://i.imgur.com/Le80QMD.png), indicating that there is no problem of low resolution touchpanel.

Can this be resolved by an update?

No, russian support of all brands is famous for its slowness and uselessness. I think it'll get better support here.

I don't have this phone anymore, I had it for a week or so, the only option seems to be that you contact your Local support
