I got my xperia z today and it asked me to do the firmware update...no problem...but since a hour the phone is just trying to shut down but won´t do it
Try pressing the power key and the volume up button for about 10 seconds. That's a soft way of disconnecting the battery I suppose. Then turn the phone back on and see if its back to normal.
