problem with the ear piece

HI i have a problem with the ear piece of my Xperia SP which suddelny started acting wierd.

I cant hear to the other person's voice directly on phone but with my handsfree or with loudspeaker on i can .

Any solutions ....?

Do you experience the same behavior if you start your phone in safe mode?

You can test your ear speaker in the application 'Xperia diagnostics' that you can download from Google Play:

Thanks for the support but i could get it in place from another process.

I installed the diagonistics and did the test all option and later the earpiece started working fine and normal.

Anyways thanks for the solution .

Is this the solution for all the other hardware issues?
