when you want to take a picture on the screen of my smartphone are black spots that are still when taking pictures and when they make a film, a move also had one before the dot but disappeared and now  is 3  and do not want to disappear help

Same with mine. I put it in service center in my country (Indonesia) since Nov 1st 2013, but until now I didnt get information when I can take it.
