Problem with the Camera or the Device?

I have a problem with my Camera. It has some funny lines spread over the picture after the picture is taken. I thought it was a problem wit hthe Album. Hence I uploaded it to my computer and it was exactly the same. A segment of the picture overlapping the original picture or funny VGA lines spread over the picture. Happnes with 80% of my pictures. Please do help me with it.

Hi Mr. Kumar,

               Can you check whether HDR is on or not.If HDR is on you have to take picure without any shake and the target also should be sill othewise those kind of funny lines will appear on your photo; actually its not the defect of your device.In HDR mode the phone will take 3 (muliple) frames in a single shot and mix all those photos,so if there is any movement in between those frames it will cause deformation in resultant picture
