Problem with the camera and update

After you guys updating to 4.3 jelly bean i had a problem with my xperia v 

the 4.3 aspect ratio i cant find it and the camera freezes most of the times 

Its better you guys just upgrading to stable 4.4 kitkat coz this 4.3 has problems
