Problem with tethering

kindly solve this problem. after I update my Sony Xperia Acro S this happens...my tethering won't work anymore.

Have you checked that you haven't put any special character in SSID or password as it can be the cause to the problem as suggested in the other thread that you referred to? 

Do you get any error message when you trying to setup a Wi-Fi hotshot?
