Problem with speakers.

Hi, I have bought Xperia S new a month ago, I am having a problem that it shows that headphones are connected. It plays notification sounds but no voice during call or any music. I have factory reset it, useed SUS to update software but nothing works. Kindly tell me a proper solution of my problem.

have you checked with another earphones ? maybe earphone's the problem.

Can you clarify that the headphones icon shows even though there are no headphones connected to the device?
