I bought ultra 2 weeks ago. I have a problem with sensor.Sensor began to push on the scrin by himself. I didn't touch the Telefonica but he enter some apps by himself. Sorry about my language

Hello kulman, you are suggested to upgrade your phone's SW to the latest. Check the "update center" application in your phone to see if any new sw available, or you can use PC companion to check and upgrade you phone. There are lot of improvement in the new SW, especially for touch related. The latest sw for Z Ultra is 14.1.B.2.257
