Problem with Sony Xperia phone camera

Hi!

I just bought a new Xperia V on Sunday and since the first day i am having problems with my camera. I´ve tried to fix it with changing picture and camera settings, but nothings seems to work. The pictures keep turning out blurry and they have these little colourful dots all over them.

It's a bit hard to determinate anything out of that picture. Could you take a picture in daylight and post?
