Problem with screen going blank

Hi,

The problem is when the phone goes into standby, and the screen goes off as it should, but when pressing any buttons, the screen won't come back on. I've tried taking battery out, and putting it back in, then switching on, the screen works again, but as soon as it goes off for standby, can't get the screen on again. Tried to update the phone, and repair it via PC Companion, but nothing helps.

Any help would be appreciated!

The screen should be turned on when you press either the on/off button or the home button. If it does not, you should contact the local support office and ask for their help with having your phone examined and repaired at a service center.
