problem with RAM

My phone is lagging to much. About a two week ago I have updated the software and its still lagging... ! Also the RAM memory is every time almost full... Can anyone help me?

Uninstall intrussive apps

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

booster apps

battery apps

also clear cache on apps such as: instagram, youtube, play  music, any streaming service

Check your messenger apps.... Usually there's 60-70mb free ram with lots of apps

disable all running apps in the background  especially the built in ones i immidiately did this after purchasing the  phone no laggin g issue ever felt on this device aweome performance in 3d games this phone rocks
