Problem with Pc companion

hi, i just took a screen show with the problem

all internet connections are fine and the problem is with PCC only. please provide a solution

I too use proxy to access internet, and get the same error. but when open PCC , a dialog box pops up for proxy password(with system proxy settings), so it works.

Don't you get something like this?

no i dont use proxy,

i reinstalled PC companion . now its ok.

uninstall (PCC , drivers and update centre)--> restart PC --> fresh install
