problem with notification bar

i have recently purchased the phone and sometimes it fail to drop down the notification bar while the phone is locked so i have to restart the phone again

it happens often in a day. i have already reseted it twice but the problem remains the same also

i am facing problem with LED notifiction according to company while charging

red means low bat, orange means in b/w low & full and green means full. but sometimes my phone shows green light while still its charging(>15%) suggest some solution.

also i wana knw if i get a msg  while charging does the orange light goes off?is this normal ?please reply

As I understand the LED turns green when you have around 90 % battery charged.

When it comes to the notification bar problem I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
