Problem with new Sony XperiaL

I bought this phone on 9th august.since then there have been three times that I have submitted this instrument for the complaint that the battery is getting discharged abnormally, nearly by 10% or more dropnfor every call locally, forget any other application. Initially the service centre identified it as software problem and they reloaded this. We were told that after software reloading the problem persisted they will change the mother board. No change. Submitted again on24th august, when we were told that it will be observed ,instrument returned stating no problem. Phone resubmitted on August 31, again to be observed. ( ticket number 13083102426). This is ridiculous that a brand new instrument has problems and which cannot be identifed. Service centre at sonnet care 13th cross .CMH Road. Bangalore.

the same problem me too facing.

i dont know whatto do.my total battery got discharged with in 1hr.

i just bought it 2 months back, already gave it for software updation,but it did not work.

can anybody suggest me what to do

You have to test your device in factory condition for few days without installing any app. If issue is the same is sure a HW issue.

Consider that my Xperia L:
- loses during stand by 5/10% of battery with Wifi/GPS/3g off and only whats app in background

- battery completely discharges with 2 hours of 3g internet surfing
