problem with network

hi

i have problems with my xperia arc s with the network

i have bought the phone from internet and i have received it yesterday after i turn on the phone(i have inserted the sim) i had network for a few minutes and after that it was gone i tried to search for network but it could not find any

if i turn off and turn on again it's the same i have network for a few minutes and it'lost again

It will be wise to try this 

1. charge your phone until the battery has reached 60% (at least) 

2. Install SUS on your PC > restart your PC > run SUS > repair your phone/re-install the latest update 

if that doesn't work, it will be wise to get a new SIM card
