Problem with my SD card

I bought SanDisk 16GB SD that support android but it seems like not working, the defaulted storage still on the phone i guess, how can I change the defaulted storage to be on the SD card ??

Where data is stored depends on what data we're talking about. The camera for example stores pictures on the SD-card so if the camera works so does your SD-card. SMS, MMS and app data can only be saved on the internal memory.
