Problem with my front camera

Hello,

My front camera keeps taking pictures with 2 lines in the corner. You can see it when the camera is on, and it shows up in every single picture. I've cleaned the front camera, checked for scratches/cracks but can't see anything. Any ideas on what is going on here?

Another photo to illustrate the problem better. Please help me as this is driving me crazy. I can't see any scratch/crack/dust on my ff camera screen at all, so I'm really confused and frustrated as to what is happening here. My phone is only 4 months old as well, no history of drops, so it's really weird.

Seems weird try doing this 

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data 

Now check

If that wont work can you make a picture of the phones front camera
