Problem with microphon when i use speaker in a call

hi all,

my problem is when i put on the speaker during aa call, my interlocutor did not hear me anymore.

I have test microne using *#service*#, but when i make a recording, i'm not able ta hear it when it play it after.

Can you help me please. i have no other problem if i call someone without using speaker.

Seems to be the speaker itself that's faulty. You could try to repair the software to see if it's related to the SW itself, before you send it away for service.
