@Marinos

If you have any data on this SD card, try to back up. Then format the SD card from the phone itself and see if it is fixed.

Hi @Marinos,

Welcome to the forum!

Are you able to insert your SD-card in another phone? Does the same thing happen with the SD-card in that phone?

If you do not have another device available I would, as @Quester said, suggest that you try formatting your SD-card.

I have put this SD card to my pc and it says that it needs to be fixed...I fix it and when I put it to my phone it makes the same thing...but when I put it on my pc I can see my data after I fix it

Hi again @Marinos,

How do you mean that you "fixed" it? What exactly did your PC do with the SD-card? Does your SD-card behave the same way in another phone or computer?

When I put it in my pc it appears a window which says that my card has a problem and it has an option that says to solve the problem..I press it and then it appears my data without any problem...I can listen to the music that I have there or to see my pics...the problem is on my phone...when I fix it with the way I said and put it to my phone after 2 minutes it says that I disconnected the card

Do you have another SD-card you can insert in your phone? That way we can rule out if this is caused by your phone or not.

When did this start happening? Has the phone been bent, dropped or something like that? Has ever a SIM-card been accidentally inserted in the SD-card slot?

@Marinos, in that case this might unfortunately be related to hardware. In order to send your device to an authorized service center I suggest that you contact your Local support for information on how to proceed.

To rule out this being software related you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
