Problem with menu button

Hi, I have bought Sony Ericssion Live With Walkman recently. I found some issues with it. My phone's menu button(right side button) is not working in sometimes. what issue is this?....pls help me to resolve

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/ Use PC Companion to update or repair the software and see if that helps.Otherwise, it may be a hardware issue and you will need a repair cente to have a look at it.
