Problem with Media Go

Media Go program suddenly stopped working while ago. I tried uninstalling it but then after downloading, the installation keeps buffering but nothing happens. How can I fix this?

Do you eventually get an error message or is it just hanging there on the installation process?

No error message is shown - just hanging on the installation process.
