problem with internet connection

i have a prepaid bsnl sim

i am trying lot to connect to inetrnet with both apn(bsnllive/bsnlnet) some times connetion is possible bot downloading not

couldnt download single app from play store yet.

This will generally happen if you have WAP settings instead of Internet settings resulting in a very limited connection. Please contact your current network provider and have them send you through the relevant internet settings.

i have already conversation with call center of bsnl they send all the settings required but it didn't work
