Problem with incoming calls

Just to clarify, is it when you call someone your number comes up on their phone as "Unknown" or is it when other people call you?

I wonder if the contacts app or the phone app is the issue. Can you please try resetting these apps?

To do this, go to Settings > Apps > All > Phone/Contacts > Clear Data > Force Stop. Do this for both, then restart your phone.
