problem with gallery

Im using sony xperia u phone...there is a big problem with gallery..i cant manage it correctly...when i open the gallery it shows a message like "the application gallery has stopped unexpectly..please try again"

can u plz help me to prevent this soon

Welcome here:

Goto apps ( in settings)  and then gallary and then clear data

now restart .

Should work this way

if not do a factory reset
