i do have the final solution to this problem, i do have the same problen and i do solve the failed conection of this way , just i do was make another count of internet same how the original count of wifi what does have the problem , first choice new count wifi after give a name here can you called like you want but in the follow names will be are like the original count what have the problem for ex, name SSID will be the same of you conetion, kind of security too will be the same all wil be say the same like the origianl count but the name of the count will be are diferent to can be created the count , i supose there are some kind of corruption of date por that making the count the conetion are fixed to me make me solutioned my problem of failed conetion
