Hi, sorry for my english, I try to explain my problem.

I have an xperia S model LT26i, Android version 4.04, build number 6.1.A.0.452 and I have a problem with the front Camera.

When I open the Camera app and switch to front camera, the phone hangs and the camera doesn't work.

Also when I try to do a videocall on skype the video doesn't start.

Can you help me, please ?

It's not normal for a phone that I paid 500 euro !!!

Try updating or repairing your phone's software with our program Sony PC Companion to hopefully easily solve the issue.

I used PC Companion, I update my Xperia S to 6.1.A.2.45 build version but the problem is still present.

Please, help me.
