Hello,
Sadly my brand new Z3 compact after being in the swinming pool 30s never power off again (i though it was waterproof!!!)
So i decided to send it to the sony french repair support (SBE), after a week i receive back the phone and a letter saying, the phone is not under guarantie as it's oxidation in the phone.
Here is was it receive from the support :
i don't know what to do, because as it's consider as not under guarantee by Sony.
i have to pay for repaire what official french support break on the phone and to fix oxidation problem.
Can you help me ?

without the back of the phone, the vaccum test will failed.
And in France there is no local xperia care
we have to send it to "SBE" which has agreement to repair Sony phone.
I'm looking for a sony official here, to help me to resolve my problem with the french support / and get my phone repair
How come the back of the phone is missing? either way, perhaps @Samuel @SophiaW @Jake-SonyXperiaSupport could guide you in ther right direction
I'm sorry but I don't think anyone from here can sort this out. Have you been in contact with the local/French support? If not, give them a call to try sort things out in the best possible way.
