Problem with finding file manager or installing games and apps in sony xperia tipo

HI dear i have some problem with my phone can any body tell me that how can i find file manager in the phone how can we install games and apps in internal memory plz help me

You may already have Astro File manager installed (some of our products do) if not an answer to both questions is to use the "Playstore" option in the main menu the phone through which you have access to a great number of applications.

Install "ES File Explorer". Tap on favorites to switch between 'Internal SD' and 'External SD'.

Go to: Settings>Apps>Internal. If an app is checked, it is been moved to internal, else you can move. Few games ask for storage option in case of big data file.

IMP: You can't add widget if that app is moved to 'Internal storage'.
