Problem with Earphones

Hi,

I have recently buy the SONY XPERIA J's smartphone but after 2 months there is a little problem :

Earphones are not detected by my XPERIA J. Or when there are and I want to removed them, my smartphone believe there are still connect so i can't heard the music.

I hope someone have a solution.

This sounds like a problem with the headset connector in the phone but first try updating the software in your phone (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-j/) and also test another headset and see if that helps. If not, i would advise that you contact your local support or a repair center for assistance.
