problem with ear speaker

hi,

my speaker distorts during phone calls.

i think it needs to be replaced.

what is to do?

you try dialing *#*#7378423#*#* - it will open a menu . go to service tests and try test for earphone.
while an audio is played in earphone try volume up button.

when the sounds are played back i can hear that it is distortet.

i doesn't change the fact that the speaker should be replaced.

i contacted customer support but they trie to blame the software.

i studied sound engineering and i know how a defect speaker sounds.

so come on and replace my erpiece please...
