Problem with download/ view attachment

I have problem with my sony Z1...

I can not download or view attachment ...always load load..... Actually the attach only 50kb

Please help...

Which email app are you using? how slow/fast is your internet connection? test it with speedtest

Can you please also advise what format the attachment is in, eg: pdf, mp3, jpg etc?
