Problem with display

Hi,

I have an xperia neo v. Its display hangs very frequently n lines appears. After i lock n unlock, the display goes white showing grids and pixels. gave in service center and they told it might be a software problem and they updated it once and then upgraded to ICS. Still, d display has the same problem. It has warranty left for 2 more months only and i want to extend the warranty. Is that possible?

I have the same problem with my Sony Neo L. The sad thing is that i am facing the same problem even after getting the phone back from the service center... i want the phone to be replaced as i cannot keep running behind the service center to solve the problem and keep the phone with them for a couple of days. I think i have wasted my money by purchasing the SONY product.
