problem with data transfer

hi there; for some reason I cannot transfer internal data to SD. SD is brand new. Tried to tap "transfer data" multiple times but no luck. Any suggestions?

Use file commander.You won't be able to move apps,only media files can be moved.

Is the card found in the device? Turn it off,remove and put the card back.Turn on the device.
