Problem with control frequency in Email

In the account settings I made a choice for a control frequency of the inbox of 30 min and I choose for noise and blinking signals when there is new mail.

When I open the mail program in between, and I check the inbox with a click on "refresh" this works. But afterwards the chosen settings do'nt work any more. New mailmassages aren't signalized and I always have to use the "refresh" button for checking de inbox. How can I get beach my original settings?

Have you tried to delete the account you've made in the phone and add it again?

If not, let me know if the problem remains after doing so.
