Problem with Chinese keyboard

i cann´t disable the chinese keybord, i also try to tap the enter text box and nothing, but in the notification bar there´s my keyboard option, i always open whats app or something and i go to my notification bar and change chinese keyboard for my swipe keyboard to default but when i use again some app the chinese keyboard is default. i also try to change the option in configuration/  languaje and text introduction / predeterminate keyboard / swipe but when i use any app again the chinese keyboard open ¬¬

What if you click on personalize (settings > language & keyboard)

i do that and select swipe then i open my whatsapp and there is the swipe keyboard then it pass ten minutes and when i open again whatsapp there is the chinese keyboard again!

I wonder if its an app acting up
