Problem with camera in flash mode - Sony

Plz help me out to solve this problem.

I purchased XPERIA J in December 2012, from day one I am facing problem with camera in flash mode. “A WHITE LIGHT APPEARS IN PHOTO”. It is very difficult to take pictures in night mode. Am very upset with this kind of problems from SONY.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
