Problem with calls on loudspeaker

Wondering if anyone else has this problem. If I make a call and put my phone on loudspeaker the person at the other end complains the line goes crackly like there is static. At first I thought it was just the 1 person but it's not its everyone. Any ideas?

Do you have any cover or similar on your phone that may be covering the 2:nd microphone? It's located at the top on the back of the phone.
