Problem With Bluetooth In Update 4.2

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia Z, yesterday I did the update to Android 4.1 to 4.2 on my phone, but I found a problem, I always connect my phone to the car radio by bluetooth to answer calls and listen over the radio music and videos saved, but when playing a video, it can be heard through the car radio and only sounds in the phone speaker.

Please help me with this problem, thanks.

Have you tried to remove the Bluetooth pairing in phone? Also restart the phone and connect to your car radio again.

Hello, I have found the solution without rebooting my smartphone, what I did was restart my phone bluetooth and my radio, then went back to pair both devices recognized by the system and I was able to play videos and music over the radio car.
