Problem with big file thumbdata3 in memory

I have a problem with the internal memory - it's crowded 100%.

In "DCIM" folder, a file type: .tumbsdata3 is very big. About 3 gygabytes or more.

If it is removed, there will be again. And it will increase from 0KB to 3 GB. As a result, the memory full again.

The pictures in internal memory very little, and the file contains sketches and takes 3 GB. How to fix it?

Problem files: .thumbdata3--1967290299 and .thumbdata3-1763508120  

in folder DCIM/.thubnails/

Try settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart.
