Hi, this isn't something I've heard of before. If you have installed any applications which may have access to enabling this feature, I'd recommend you try uninstalling these to see if this resolves the issue for you. Alternatively, try a factory data reset and run the handset without restoring data for a little while and see if the issue persists.
