Hi, I've got a Xperia z3 compact and I'm having trouble answering my calls, when i answer calls it comes through for around 1 minute then goes off, so i get another call I answer it and nothing comes through at all or it's saying i haven't answered it, this has been happening the last month now, I've read the forum's about going into settings then personalise etc but there is no personalise or the uci tick thing on my options so what am i to do otherwise please????
